Yes. We recommend starting to brew the coffee 14–21 days after the roast date for the best flavor.
(The roast date can be found on the label on the back of the coffee bag.)
How should I store coffee beans?
We recommend storing your coffee beans in an airtight container and keeping them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
How long can coffee beans be stored?
For the best flavor, we recommend brewing the coffee within three months of the roast date. Over time, the aroma and flavor will gradually fade.

Here are a few simple guidelines:
Flavor profile
Washed coffees often have floral and clean aromas.
Natural (sun-dried) coffees tend to show fruitier notes.
Acidity level
Washed coffees usually have higher acidity than natural coffees.
Coffees from African regions often have brighter acidity than those from Central and South America.
